District)”. The work was sanctioned under the Support to TRI & Education
Infrastructure grant, with a completion period of 22 months (i.e., 2 months for
design and 20 months for execution). The petitioner firm participated in the
tender process and emerged as the successful bidder. An Agreement
NO.08/2021-22/DB, dated 31.07.2021 was entered into. The period for
completing the work is 22 months from the date of the agreement.
