02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/
Physical Mode).

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned
counsel for the State. Perused the application as well as documents
annexed thereto.

3. The present application has been filed under Section 482
Cr.P.C. thereby invoking the inherent power of this Court to quash
the entire criminal proceeding in G.R. No.22 of 2017 arising out of
F.I.R. No.25.11.2017 of the Golanthara P.S., Berhampur vide P.S.
Case No.182 of 2017 for commission of alleged offences under
Sections 341, 323, 294, 506, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 34 I.P.C.
read with Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, and Section 3 of the
SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and the same is now pending
before the learned 2nd Additional & Sessions Judge, Berhampur.
