The Investigating Officer, Sri Abdul Ahad, the Deputy
Superintendent of Police, Koppa Sub-Division, Koppa, has submitted
a charge sheet against the accused persons for offences punishable
under Sections 143, 144, 147, 148, 457, 380, 427, 120B read with
Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to
as ‘IPC’), Sections 3 and 25 of the Indian Arms Act, 1959
Spl.C.No.667/2025
(hereinafter referred to as ‘the Arms Act’), and Sections 13, 16, and
18 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (hereinafter
referred to as ‘the U.A.(P) Act’).
