3. Counsel for the plaintiff prays for time for taking appropriate steps for

compliance of the provisions of the Commercial Courts Act.

4. Counsel for the defendant raised objection and submitted that since

the month of January, 2025 the plaintiff is taking time to comply with

the provisions of Commercial Courts Act but till date the plaintiff has

not complied with the order.

5. Considering the submission made by the counsel for the respective

parties, for the interest of justice, the case is adjourned for a week.

6. Let the matter appear on 17th June, 2025 under the same heading.

7. It is made clear that, by the date fixed, if the plaintiff fails to comply

with the provisions of the Commercial Courts Act by filling statement

of truth, affidavit of documents and other compliance, appropriate

orders will be passed.
