1. Rule, returnable forthwith. Learned advocate Mr.Lamba
waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of the
respondent No.1.
2. At the outset, learned advocate appearing for the
respondent namely Mr.Lamba states at bar that as the
amount towards the leave encashment has already been
paid with interest therefore, if the directions issued by
this Court is set aside qua the relief of reinstatement then
he would not have any objection.
