Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we find that a case for grant of
leave to file appeal against the judgment dated 14.02.2019 passed by the Principal
District and Sessions Judge, Kathua in File No.41/2013 titled State v. Amit Kumar
Sharma, whereby the respondent has been acquitted of the charges under Sections
8/21/22 NDPS Act is made out.
Accordingly, the application is allowed and leave to file appeal against the
impugned judgment is granted in favour of the petitioner/appellant.
