Learned Advocate General, Manipur for the State, Mr.
Lenin Hijam is present before this Court physically. Similarly, learned
senior counsel for the appellant, Mr. Kh. Tarunkumar is also present
before this Court physically.
Learned counsel, Ms. Ayangleima for one of the
appellants is present before this Court physically and submits that she
has Court’s information for the present case listed today and therefore,
seeks for a short accommodation.
Whereas, learned senior counsel, Mr. N. Jotendro is
present before this Court physically in the rank of respondents and
facilitates the order rendered by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in

Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s). 6396 – 6401 of 2024 [Pheiroijam
Heramani & Ors. vs. The State of Manipur & Ors.]. Para No. 7 of the said
order reveals that “Counsel for the parties assure us that they will
extend full cooperation to the High Court for early adjudication of the
matter. Order accordingly.” The aforesaid learned senior counsel further
submits that keeping in view of the issues rendered by the Hon’ble
Supreme Court of India, he is ready for advancing argument on his part.
Whereas, the respective learned counsels for the
appellant in these matters and the learned Advocate General, Manipur
who are present before this Court physically seek for a short
accommodation.
Hence, keeping in view of the submission made by the
parties in these matters, it is deemed appropriate to direct the learned
counsels for both parties to submit their synoptic notes and copy of the
same shall be interse supplied between them in advance.
Registry is directed to reflect the name of Ms. Ayangleima
as counsel for the one of appellants in the cause list.
Consequently, these matters would be listed on
