[1] This appeal has been preferred by the State of Manipur
against the respondents/accused and slated for admission.
[2] Heard the learned GA, Mr. RK Umakanta, for the appellant
and Mr. D. Julius Riamei, learned counsel for the accused/respondent Nos.
1 to 3.
[3] Perused the impugned orders rendered by the learned Special
Judge(NIA) Imphal West in Cril.Misc.(B) Case No.153 of 2023. This criminal
proceeding has arising out of the proceeding in FIR No.526(05) 2023 LSG-
PS, U/s 307/506/120-B IPC, besides section 25(1-B) A. Act and so also
section 5 of the Explosive Substances Act and inclusive of section 16 UA(P)
Act 1967.
