1. A Criminal Appeal under Section 378 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as “Cr.P.C.”) has been filed by the
Appellant/State against the Judgment dated 25.01.2020 vide which the
Respondent has been acquitted for the offence under Section 451/506
Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as “IPC”) and Section 8 of
the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (hereinafter
referred to as “POCSO Act”) in FIR No.49/2013 Police Station Ranhola,
Delhi, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (ASJ).
