The Court : This is an appeal from a judgment and order dated March

3, 2020, whereby a Learned Judge of this Court dismissed the appellant’s

application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for

setting aside an arbitral award that has been passed in favour of the

respondent herein.

Mr. Sinha, learned Advocate appearing for the appellant, says that

the awarded amount has already been paid in execution proceedings. The

appeal only needs to be heard out.

Let the respondent file requisite number of informal paper-books

incorporating therein all papers that were available before the Learned Single

Judge.

All formalities are dispensed with.

Notice of appeal is deemed to be waived since the respondent is

represented through learned lawyer.

The respondent shall supply a copy of the paper-book to learned

Advocate for the appellant on payment of usual charges.

Let the matter be listed under the appropriate heading four weeks

hence (September 1, 2025).
