The Board of Directors of Sterlite Technologies Limited in its meeting held on January 17, 2025, has appointed Mrunal Asawadekar as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
Mrunal Asawadekar has a rich experience of around 13 years in the corporate secretarial field including over a decade long association with the Company and brings forth a proven track record of successfully handling ESOPs management, multiple M&A transactions, business structuring, and compliance framework management.
She is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a bachelor of law degree from Mumbai University.
The date of appointment shall be February 01, 2025
