Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Issue notice returnable within three weeks from today.
Mr. C. Baruah, learned counsel appears for the respondent Nos. 1, 2 and
3, Ms. G. Hazarika, learned counsel appears for the respondent No.4, Mr. J.
Handique, learned counsel appears for the respondent No.5.

Since the respondent No. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 are represented by their
respective counsels, notices are waived. However, extra copies be furnished to
the learned counsel for the respondents within two weeks from today.

Notice on the interim prayer to be considered on the next date fixed.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the land in question
covered by Dag No. 20, Patta No. 2 in the Revenue Village Miri Taku, Gitong in
the Revenue Circle of Jonai, District of Dhemaji is not reflected in the
notification which was issued by the NHIDCL for acquisition of land.

If that be so then the respondents will not proceed to take over the land

and remove or demolish any building or structure standing thereon till the next
fixed.

Matter be listed again on 27.01.2024.
