Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the

petitioner. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with

Dumariya P.S. Case No. 35 of 2012, registered for the offences

punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 353, 325,

326, 307, 302, 435 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, under

Section 27 of the Arms Act, under Sections 3, 4 and 5 of

Explosive Substance Act and also under Sections 10, 11, 13(i)

and 13(ii) of the U.A.P. Act.
