The Police Sub-Inspector of Subramanyapura Police
Station has filed charge sheet against accused for the offences
punishable U/s.457, 380 of IPC.

02. The brief facts of the prosecution case is as
follows:-
It is alleged that, the Cw.1 is constructing a house within
the jurisdiction of Subramanyapura police station, No.147, 3 rd
Main Road, AGS Layout, Uttarahalli. On 26.01.2024 the Cw.1
for the construction of above said house had brought the
electric items and electronic coils and stored at the above said
house. Further on 03.02.2024 at about 09.30 AM, when the
Cw.1 came near to the constructing house and found that, the
accused had broke house door and stolen worth of Rs.
