1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he
wants to withdraw the Special Leave Petition with liberty
to raise all contentions before the DRT in proceedings, if
any, under Section 17 of the Securitisation and
Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of
Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short ‘the SARFAESI
Act
’).

2. Accordingly, the Special Leave Petition is dismissed
as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
