1. The petitioners have impugned FIR No. 0053/2024 under Sections

447/427/506/147 IPC registered by the respondent No. 1 at the

instance of respondent No. 2 primarily on the ground that the civil

dispute has been given criminal colour just to harass the harass the

petitioners.

2. Issue notice to the respondents, subject to petitioners’ taking necessary

steps within a period of one week.

3. List on 16.04.2025.

4. In the meantime, subject to objections from the other side and till next

date of hearing before the Bench, investigation in the FIR impugned

shall continue, however, filing of chargesheet shall await further

orders of this Court.
