2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. These appeals arise from an interim order whereby the

High Court adjourned the matter(s) without considering the

stay prayer(s) of the appellants.

4. It is the case of the appellants that co-accused Jagtar

Singh had also filed an application under Section 482 of the

Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘the CRPC”)

against the same impugned proceedings before the High Court

wherein, while issuing notice to the concerned parties,

further proceedings emanating from case crime no.553/2020,

Police Station – Swar, District – Rampur were stayed.

Whereas on the application of the appellants, only a

direction to connect the matter with the earlier case was

passed and no interim relief was granted. Therefore, these
