Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State.
Petitioner is a charge-sheeted accused in Sessions (Special) Case No. 47/2025
arising out of Bharalumukh P.S. Case No.26/2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 882/2025
under Sections 329(4)/74 BNS, 2023, read with Section 8 of the POCSO Act, who is in
custody since 16.02.2025, presently, pending before the Court of learned Special
Judge (POCSO)-cum-Additional Sessions Judge, Kamrup (Metro), Guwahati.
