1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned

A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case

registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149,

341, 323, 337, 338, 332, 333, 427, 307, 109, 353 and 504 of the

Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant

alleges that he received an information that two parties are

quarreling, accordingly, he went to the place of occurrence and tried

to pacify the matter but on orders of Ram Sevak Yadav, it is alleged

that the accused persons including the petitioners started pelting

stones causing injury to the police personnel and even damaged the

government vehicle and obstructed the informant from performing
