as the petitioners have been appointed as
trained teacher against the vacant and sanctioned post of
Graduate Grade and accordingly grant the Grade pay with
pay scale.
III. Further, for issuance of a writ in the nature of
mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order/direction to
the respondents to pay the differences of salary after
granting Grade pay with pay scale from 01.07.2015 to
February, 2016 to petitioner Nos 1, 3, 4, 8 and 13, from
01.07.2015 to July 2016 to petitioner Nos.-2, 6, 7, 9, 11, 12,
15 and 16, From 01.07.2015 to October, 2016 to petitioner
Nos.-5, 10 and 14 and from 01.07.2015 to April 2017 to
petitioners No. 17 respectively, and accordingly fix the
salary of petitioners.
