The Police Sub-Inspector of Subramanyapura Police
Station has filed charge sheet against accused for the offence
punishable U/s. 447 of IPC.

02. The brief facts of the prosecution case is as
follows:-
It is alleged that, on 18.09.2020 at about 06.30 pm,
within the jurisdiction of Subramanyapura police station,
Uttarahalli, BHCS Layout, the accused illegally trespassed the
site belongs to the Cw.1 situated at Sy.No.296, 1 st Cross BHCS
Layout, Uttarahalli and tried to open the key of the compound
gate and thereby the accused has committed the above said
offences punishable U/sec,. 447 of IPC.
03. After filing the charge sheet, cognizance taken for
the offence punishable U/sec,.447 of IPC against the accused.
