1. The instant interim bail application has been filed under

Section 483 BNSS / 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner, who is

in judicial custody in connection with F.I.R. No.188/2024 dated

04.05.2024 registered at the Police Station Pindwara, District

Sirohi for the offence under Section 420, 467, 468, 474, 120B of

IPC and 8/15, 29 of NDPS Act.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present

interim bail application has been filed on the ground that the

petitioner’s mother is suffering from serious ailment in her spine

and there is no other family member in the house to take care of

his mother. He thus, urges that the petitioner may be enlarged on

temporary bail.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor has procured the factual report

dated 20.06.2025 as per which the concerned Doctor has advised

the petitioner’s mother to undergo surgery on account of fracture

in the vertebral column. The said factual report is taken on record.

4. Having heard and considered the submissions made by the

learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Public

Prosecutor and taking a humanitarian view of the matter, this

court deems it fit to grant indulgence of temporary bail of ’20

days’ to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the instant interim bail application is allowed

and it is ordered that the petitioner-Sunil Vishnoi S/o Shri Mani

Ram, arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.188/2024 dated

04.05.2024 registered at the Police Station Pindwara, District

Sirohi shall be released on interim bail for a period of ’20 days’

from the date of his actual release provided he furnishes a

personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- alongwith two sound and

solvent sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each (out of which, one

shall be furnished by a close family member of the accused-

petitioner) to the satisfaction of the trial court. He shall surrender

before the concerned jail authorities in the morning of the next

day of the completion of the period of the interim bail.
