1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. In the facts and circumstances of the case, no case for

interference is made out in exercise of our jurisdiction under

Article 136 of the Constitution of India for the time being. The

Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

3. However, at the request of learned counsel for the

petitioners, we allow the petitioners three months’ time to vacate

the

Reason: subject premises, provided the petitioners submit an

undertaking on affidavit before the Trial Court within two weeks

from today, stating that they will vacate the subject-premises

within the aforesaid timeframe and hand over vacant and peaceful

possession to the landlord.
