1. The petitioner-wife and the respondent-husband are
present in the Court today.
2. Settlement Agreement dated 1st May, 2025 is tendered
on record by the learned counsel for the parties which is
annexed to a joint application filed by the parties.
Both the petitioner and the respondent have signed the
agreement along with their respective advocates. In
terms of the Settlement Agreement, a Demand Draft
No.259434 dated 29th April, 2025 drawn on State Bank of
India, Laxmi Nagar Branch in favour of the petitioner for
Rs.20,50,000/- (Rupees twenty lakhs fifty thousand) is
handed over by the learned counsel for the respondent to
the learned counsel for the petitioner who has in turn
handed over to the petitioner who is present in the
Court.
