              'SR' section wherein the following defect is still
              subsisting:

Proper court fees being Rs. 3930/-

instant memo of appeal is preferred
with court fees of Rs. 200/-, leaving a
deficit of Rs. 3730/-.

Since, there is a question of D.C.F, in
terms of the A.S.Rs report dated 17.03.25, the
Ld. Advocate for the appellant is hereby directed
to put the D.C.F by 1st of April, 2025 positively,
in default, the matter will be placed before the
Hon’ble Bench for necessary direction.
