1. The instant Civil Suit for Declaration and Permanent Injunction under
Section 34, 35, and 38 of the Specific Relief Act, 1963, has been preferred,
seeking the following relief(s):-
“A. Declare that the services rendered by the Plaintiff falls under the
category of ‘Closed System PPIs’, hence the Defendant No.1 has no
legal authority to regulate or penalise the Plaintiff for its services;
