JH Tan & Associates, Statutory Auditors of Tega Holdings Pte. Limited, a wholly owned material subsidiary of the Company, has tendered their resignation as Statutory Auditors.
“Pursuant to sesction 205AA(1) of the Companies Act, 1967, we hereby give notice to resign as auditor of your company, Tega Holdings Pte Limited,” said JH Tan and Associates in their resignation letter.
The reason for the resignation is the re-alignment of the auditors with those of the holding company, which aims to bring synergies, align the terms, and maintain consistency in the audit process across the group level.
The Company has decided to appoint the same Statutory Auditors, Grant Thornton Audit LLP, Singapore for the Company and its subsidiaries as per the applicable laws in Singapore.
