Counsel for the Petitioner(S):

1. M KARIBASAIAH

Counsel for the Respondent(S):

1. GP FOR SERVICES II

The Court made the following order:

I.A.No.01 of 2025

1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners in elaboration to what has been
stated in the affidavit contended that, pursuant to the notification issued by the
3rd respondent vide A.P.MEGA DSC 2025 dated 20.04.2025, the petitioners
applied for the examination which was scheduled to be held on 06.06.2025 to
06.07.2025. He further contended that, the petitioners have appeared for the
said examination on 22.06.2025 and after completion of scheduled
examinations, the 3rd respondent has declared the results of said examination
on 07.08.2025 wherein the petitioners result was not declared and displayed
error online. As such filed the present writ petition. Learned counsel for the
petitioners further submitted that the process of verifying the documents has
started today and if the petitioners results are not declared, they may lose the
opportunity of participating in the verification process which results in losing
their job apart from affecting their rights. Accordingly prayed to protect the
interest of the petitioners pending writ petition.

3. To the said submission, learned Assistant Government Pleader
submitted that as the petitioners are not eligible; their results were not
declared and however, sought time to get instructions.

4. Perused the record and considered the submissions of both the
counsel.

5. It is not in dispute that the petitioners have applied for examination
namely A.P.MEGA DSC 2025 dated 20.04.2025 and they have attended for
examination on 22.06.2025. Now the contention of the petitioners is that the
3rd respondent has announced results for the said examination on 07.08.2025
wherein petitioners result was not declared and shown error. Unless the
results were declared, the petitioners will not be knowing where they stand.

Further as the verification process has started today, if the petitioners’ results
are not declared, as rightly contended by the learned counsel for the
petitioners, it affects the rights of the petitioners. In the said circumstances,
having found that there is a prima facie point made out by the petitioners, this
Court is inclined to pass the following interim order:

“The respondent authorities concerned are hereby directed to declare
the result of the petitioners bearing hall ticket Nos. MDSC0104945 and
MDSC0017748 forthwith and if found eligible, they shall be permitted for
the process of verification of documents. However, the same shall be
subject to outcome of the writ petition and the petitioners shall not claim
any equities.”
