4. The contemnor no. 8 has filed the present application being
GA/1/2025 in CC/26/2023 praying for modification of the order
passed by this Court dated 6th January, 2025 in CC/26/2023.
5. Counsel for the alleged contemnor no. 8 submits that by an order
dated 6th January, 2025 this Court directed the District Collector,

Thirupathi, and District Collector, Thiruvallur to direct the Tahsildars
or Sub-Registrar or any Competent Authority not to register any kind
of deeds or things with respect the landed properties in respect of
which description has been forwarded by the District Collector before
this Court and to submit report on the next date fixed.
6. Counsel for the alleged contemnor no. 8 draws the attention of this
Court to report of the District Collector dated 3rd January, 2025
wherein in paragraph-8, the description of the property has been
mentioned.

8. Counsel for the contemnor no. 8 submits that the property no. 1 to
16 are the ancestral properties of the contemnor no. 8 and as such
due to the order passed by this Court dated 6th January, 2025 the
contemnor no. 8 is facing difficulties and she prays for modification
of order by deleting the said property that is serial no. 1 to 16 from
the order dated 6th January, 2025.
9. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the property mentioned in
serial nos. 1 to 16 is the ancestral property of the contemnor no. 8
and the contemnor nos. 1 to 4 have also made part payment in terms
of the order passed by this Court and the detailed report of the

property of the contemnor nos. 1,2 and 4 had already been brought
before this Court by the concerned authorities and this Court has
passed appropriate order with respect to the properties of the
contemnor nos. 1,2 and 4.
10. Considered the submission made by the Counsel for the parties.
Perused the materials on record.
11. The order dated 6th January, 2025 is modified to the extent the
properties mentioned at sl. no. 1 to 16 of the report of the District
Collector (paragraph-7 above) will not be affected with the order
dated 6th January, 2025 and the contemnor no. 8 is free to deal with
the properties mentioned at serial no. 1 to 16 of the report of the
District Collector. (paragraph -7 supra) expect the properties
mentioned at serial nos. 17 to 29.
12. The contemnor no. 8 is at liberty to inform this order to the
concerned authorities and the concerned authorities shall act in
accordance with this order.
13. GA/1/2025 is disposed of.
