Revision filed under Section 397/401 of CrPC praying that in the
circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Criminal Revision
Case, the High Court may be pleased to allow this Crl.R.C., and set-aside the
conviction and sentence imposed against the revision petitioner in CC.No.113
of 2003 by the II Addl. J.F.C.M., Proddatur, dt.30-11-2004 and the conviction
as confirmed and sentence as modified by the II Addl. Sessions Judge,
Kadapa at Proddatur in Crl.A.No.185 of 2004, dt.10-10-2008.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated
in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to

Proddatur now J.F.C.M., Mydukur on bail on such terms and conditions as the
Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the circumstances.
