The Chair on Consumer Law at National Law University Delhi, under the aegis of Department of Consumer Affairs, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Government of India, successfully organized a One-Day Capacity Building Programme for the Executives of National Consumer Helpline (NCH) on 12th February, 2025.
This extensive training initiative sought to refine the competencies and expertise of NCH Executives in adeptly addressing consumer grievances, bolstering the wider consumer protection landscape in India. The event included a series of stimulating dialogues, expert-guided perspectives, and interactive sessions, all meticulously designed to cultivate practical knowledge and boost operational proficiency.
