[1] Learned counsels appearing for the parties submit that there is

possibility for settlement between the parties.

[2] Therefore, both the parties submit that the matter may be

referred to the Mediation Centre for amicable settlement.

[3] Both the parties shall appear before the Mediator on

28.04.2025.

[4] List the matter on 29.05.2025 for submitting report by the

Mediation Centre.

[5] Registry is directed to furnish copy of the order to the learned

Mediator for necessary compliance.
