The instant civil writ restoration application under Article 226

of Constitution of India read with Order 47 Rule 19 of the CPC has

been preferred for restoration of S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.16725/2022, which was dismissed by Registrar (Judicial) vide

order dated 18.03.2024 on account of non-compliance of the per-

emptory order dated 16.02.2024.

Having considered the grounds mentioned in the application

and in the interest of justice, the same is allowed and the

S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.16725/2022 is ordered to be restored to

its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (One

Thousand Rupees).

Rs.1,000/- (One Thousand Rupees) is to be deposited with

Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority.
