Learned APP Ms. Maithili Mehta has tendered the
report of Police Inspector, Salabatpura Police Station, Surat
City along with the death certificate of the sole accused, who
has passed away on 31.07.2019. The same are taken on
record. The report also contains the statement of the
witnesses.

Thus, the present appeal stands abated in view of the
death of the sole accused.
