Learned counsel Mr. N. Mahendra for the petitioner in this
matter is present and wherein the said counsel in this matter submitting
that the writ petition is maintainable.

However, the learned DSGI Mr. Kh. Samarjit for the Union of
India is present and submitting that though the writ petition is not
maintainable but the issues in between the petitioner and the respondents
relates to the scope of Article 356 of the Constitution of India and therefore,
it is deemed appropriate that both the counsel in this matter be directed to
clarify the status of Article 356 of the Constitution of India relating to this,
time and again extended for a period of 6 (six) months.

Accordingly, made an observation.

Consequently, these matters would be listed on 12.08.2025.
