In the instant petition, petitioner herein, has sought jurisdiction under

Article 227 of Constitution of India, thereby challenging the order dated

19.12.2024 passed by respondent No. 2 in appeal titled, ‘Parkash Chand vs. D.C.

Samba & Others‘, whereby the revision of the petitioner preferred against the

order of DC, Samba has been dismissed. Petitioner has also challenged the order

dated 18.10.2022 passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Samba by which the suit

of the petitioner under Section 32 of the Land Revenue Act, has been dismissed,

being time barred.

Notice.

Mr. Sumeet Bhatia, learned GA appearing vice Mrs. Monika Kohli,

learned senior AAG accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and

Mr. Amit Khajuria, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 5 to

11. They seek and are granted four weeks’ time for filing objections.

List on 25.02.2025.

Meanwhile, subject to objections from the other side and till next date of

hearing before the Bench, parties to the lis are directed not to create any third

party interest with respect to the suit land.
