Trilegal successfully advised the book running lead managers, ICICI Securities Limited and HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India) Private Limited, in the qualified institutions placement of 21,90,688 equity shares of face value of ₹2 each by Hitachi Energy India Limited aggregating to approximately USD 300 million.
This is the largest Indian QIP offering to date in the current calendar year.
