Third World Network and IUCIPRS, CUSAT are inviting IP professionals working in the generic pharmaceutical sector to apply for a five-day residential workshop on patent opposition.
This intensive workshop, scheduled for 12–16 June 2025 at IUCIPRS, CUSAT, Kochi, Kerala, is designed to build participants’ practical skills in drafting and presenting pre-grant and post-grant oppositions. Sessions will be led by seasoned IP professionals and academics, using real case studies, interactive discussions, and hands-on training exercises.
