. It is submitted by learned Senior Counsel for
the petitioners that during the course of inquiry, altogether three
witnesses were examined by the complainant, excluding
himself, who were all yes-men of the complainant besides being
highly interested witnesses. It is further submitted that the
aforesaid witnesses have tried to support the case of the
complainant but they have given contradictory statements. The
learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners has vehemently
submitted that the present petitioners have been arrayed as
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45906 of 2016 dt.17-07-2025
accused without any specific allegation of overt act solely with
malafide intentions to purposefully harass them since at the
relevant time, they were holding different responsible posts at
the Murlipur Branch of the Punjab National Bank.
