Advocate-on-Record for the appellant shall serve a copy of the
appeal papers under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,
1996 upon the respondent and file an affidavit of service before the
returnable date.
The appellants preferred an application under Section 34 of the
said Act before the court below challenging an arbitral award. It has only
been partially allowed. Hence, this appeal.
We formally admit the appeal.
List the appeal on 12th August, 2025 to hear the respondents.
In the meantime, the respondents shall not take any steps for
realisation of the awarded amount.
