along with petitioner and his surety.

In pursuance of the order passed in Cr.MPM

No.121 in the case tilted as Rahul Thakur Vs. State of HP dated

14.01.2025, Hon’ble Court has been pleased to grant bail to the

petitioner subject to conditions. The Hon’ble Court has directed

the petitioner to furnish personal bond in the sum of Rs.25000/-

and one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of

Registrar/Additional Registrar/Deputy Registrar. So in pursuance

of the order learned counsel Sh. Prikshit Rathore has moved an

application for furnishing the bond and their attestation and

acceptance. Both the petitioner and his surety are also produced

by the learned counsel and he also identified. The petitioner

beside himself has produced Sh. Dayal Chand son of Sh. Pyare

Lal resident of Baglehar, Tehsil Panjera, District Solan, H.P..

Personal bond and surety bond furnished. Photographs of both

petitioner and his surety are affixed over the bonds. Along with

the personal bond copy of Aadhaar card has been also furnished

along with jamabandi. Personal and surety bonds are hereby

attested and accepted by me. The petitioner and his surety have

been made aware of the conditions imposed by the Hon’ble

Court. Bail bond be tagged with the record of the file.
