Kotdwar District Pauri Garhwal in Criminal Appeal No.42 of
2024, Sanjay Thaliyal vs. Naveen Chandra Balodhi &
others, whereby the appeal preferred by the revisionist-
Sanjay Thapliyal has been rejected and the judgment and
order dated 18.07.2024 passed by learned Additional Chief
Judicial Magistrate, Kotdwar, District Pauri Garhwal in
Complaint Case No.414 of 2024, Naveen Chandra Balodhi
vs. Sanjay Thapliyal, whereby the revisionist was convicted
and sentenced, has been upheld.
2. An exemption application (IA No.2/2025) has
been moved by the revisionist for exempting him
surrendering before the trial court after conviction.
