Learned counsel for the applicant, Ms. H. Bisheshwori is present

before this Court physically.

However, this matter is filed for seeking for condonation of delay

of 44 days in filing an appeal.

Hence, it is deemed appropriate to issue notice against the

respondents.

Accordingly, issue process.

In the meanwhile, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks a

short accommodation to take appropriate process through paper publication.

Therefore, keeping in view of the provision of Order 5 Rule 20 (1A)

of CPC, the learned counsel for the applicant be directed to file necessary

application for seeking an appropriate process through paper publication.

Consequently, this matter would be listed on 18.08.2025.
