The Court made the following interim order :

Heard Sri Karthik Shah, learned counsel representing Sri Jada
Sravan Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant.

2. I.A.No.1 of 2025 has been filed to condone the delay in
payment of the deficit Court fee in A.S.No.278 of 2025.

3. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in
support of the petition, the delay in payment of the deficit Court fee, is
condoned. Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2025 is allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the appellant has filed I.A.No.2 of 2025
seeking stay of execution of the decree and judgment dated 24.2.2025
passed in O.S.No.56 of 2013 on the file of the XIII Additional District &
Sessions Judge, Vijayawada.

5. Issue notice to the respondent.

6. In addition to the normal mode of service, the appellant is
permitted to take out personal notice to the respondent by Registered Post
and Acknowledgment Due and file proof of service in the Registry before the
next date of listing.

7. Post the matter on 05.08.2025.

8. Till the next date of listing, the execution of the decree dated
24.02.2025 passed in O.S. No. 56 of 2013 on the file of the XIII Additional
District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, shall remain stayed, subject to the
appellant depositing 50% of the entire decretal amount within a period of
four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and
furnishing security for the rest of decretal amount to the satisfaction of the
learned trial Court.
