1. The present appeal has been filed under Section 378(4) Cr.P.C. by the
appellant/complainant against the judgement dated 05.05.2018 passed by
JMFC, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in the case bearing CC No.531201/16 titled
as ‘M/s Vasudev Jewellers(P) LTD. Vs. Kashish Rastogi’, vide which the
respondent was acquitted of the offense under Section 138 NI Act. The
appellant had approached this Court vide CRL.L.P. 490/2018, CRL.L.P.
541/2018, CRL.L.P. 542/2018, CRL.L.P. 543/2018 and CRL.L.P. 544/2018
seeking leave to appeal and the same was granted by this Court vide order
dated 27.03.2019, following which the appeals were duly admitted.
