2. The appellant has been arraigned as an

accused in FIR No. 796/2021 registered at

Police Station Civil Lines, District Akola

for the offences punishable under Sections

354-A, 354, 294, 506, 34 of the Indian

Penal Code, 1860, Sections 11, 12 of the

POCSO Act, 2012 and Sections 3(1)(w)(i),

3(1)(w)(ii), 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of the

Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe

(Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989

3. The appellant is a police officer. There

is an earlier complaint given by his wife

against the complainant’s father for the

are inclined to set aside the impugned

order and grant anticipatory bail to the

appellant.

6. Accordingly, the impugned order stands set

aside and the appellant is granted

anticipatory bail, subject to the terms

and conditions that may be imposed by the

Trial Court.

7. The appeal is allowed accordingly.

8. Pending application(s), if any, shall

stand disposed of.
