This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief:
“may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ Order or direction
more in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the Public Notice to
Colleges displayed on Third Respondent Official Website in
apsche.org in respect of Zero Admissions in APEAPCET-2024 as
illegal, irregular, arbitrary, unconstitutional without jurisdiction,
unjustified, unreasonable and violative of Articles 14, 15, 19 (1) (g), 21
and 21A of the Constitution of India and consequently set-aside the
same by directing the respondents to strictly follow the Andhra
Pradesh Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of
Admission of Engineering/ Pharmacy Diploma Holders into under
Graduate Professional Courses through Common Entrance Test)
Rules, 2006 as amended by G.O.Ms.No.43, Higher Education (E.C)
Department, dated 11.12.2020 for admissions under APECET-2025
insofar as the petitioner institution/ college is concerned…”
