Learned JM, 1 Class, Kaimur at Bhabua. (iv) Complaint Case No.

661 of 2022, pending in the court of Learned SDJM, Kaimur at

Bhabua. (v) Cr. Rev. No. 110/2022, pending in the court of

learned ADJ, 3rd, Kaimur at Bhabua. (vi) Cr. Misc. No. 08/2022,

pending in the court of Learned CJM, Kaimur at Bhabua qua

petitioners are hereby quashed/set-aside to secure ends of justice

by exercising power under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. Except,

Complaint Case No. 5758 of 2022, which is pending in the

court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Dhanbad.
