Vinay Gupta, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of Religare Enterprises Limited (Key Managerial Personnel), has tendered his resignation on February 17, 2025 and the same has been accepted by the Board on February 17, 2025.
“Due to personal reasons, I would like to resign from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of Religare Enterprises Limited with immediate effect,” Vinay Gupta said in his Resignation Letter.
Vinay Gupta ceases to be the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company w.e.f. close of business hours of February 17, 2025.
Religare Enterprises Limited board at its meeting held on December 4, 2024, approved the appointment of Vinay Gupta as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. He was designated as a Key Managerial Person of the Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 effective, December 5, 2024.
He has over 20 years of experience in the area of company secretariat, legal, and compliance with proven expertise in regulatory compliances, corporate secretarial tasks, strategic legal advice, and risk management.
He was formerly working as EVP Secretarial & Compliance in Religare Enterprises Limited w.e.f. November 19, 2024, Before Joining Religare, he was working with Icra Analytics Limited, A Moody’s Company as head legal, compliance & company secretary, Before that at Imacs he was head of the legal, chief compliance officer & company secretary (also worked as Cfo) spearheading the development and execution of key strategic initiatives and products.
