In this case, as a consequence to the conduct of

the respondent, the contempt petition was filed by the

petitioner as the orders of this Court, primarily the

order dated 17.05.2018 had been deliberately and

wilfully violated.

Vide order dated 17.09.2024, we framed charges

against the respondent – Pooja Bhatt, as follows :-

“You have deliberately and willfully
violated the orders of this Court
dated 17.05.2018 as in spite of the
fact that the matter stood closed and
nothing remained between the

You then filed the following cases :

Reason:

(i)Case No. 117/2019 u/s 125

Cr.P.C., (ii) Civil Suit No. 82 of 2019

and 506 of IPC.

Hence, you are charged of
committing a contempt of this Court.”

The respondent, by way of an affidavit dated

21.11.2024, has tendered an unconditional apology

regarding her conduct. Considering that she is a

mother of two children and a single parent and looking

after her children and has disobeyed the orders of this

Court in an act of desperation, as stated by the learned

senior counsel, we accept the unconditional apology

tendered by the respondent.

The contempt petition is closed and the contempt

notice is discharged.

Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, is/are

disposed of.
